Thanks, as always, to Sam @ Taking on a World of Words for this meme that keeps me focused on my current piles instead of looking at the 500 things I have on my Goodreads TBR.

If you want to join in the fun, just answer the three questions below about how your reading is going this week and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to admire. Don’t forgt to check all the other participants. It is the #1 way I keep my TBR overflowing!

WHAT AM I CURRENTLY READING?

I am still working through An Indigenous People’s History of the United States. I am roughly 1/3 into the book and, so far, I am relieved (strangely) that nothing is surprising. Now, 12 year old me would have been shocked by some of the facts in this book. But, thankfully, I have grown past the version of history taught to me in grade school since then.

I am still listening to the third in the Nevermore series, Hollowpox, on audiobook. I just love watching this story unfold.

And I finished The Ask and the Answer and immediately picked up the third in the Chaos Walking series, Monsters of Men by Patrick Ness. This book is excellent but stressing me out. I’m going to have to add something lighter to my night reading.

WHAT DID I RECENTLY FINISH READING?

Only The Ask and the Answer has been shifted to the read pile this week. No review either because I am thinking of doing the whole series at once.

WHAT WILL I READ NEXT?

I have no idea but, mostly likely, it will be something Fall themed. I put together a Fall into Fall book tag for anyone feeling extra social this week!

Tell me, please! What’s on your WWW?
