WWW Wednesday: October 5, 2022

Thanks, as always, goes to Sam @ Taking on a World of Words for hosting the weekly meme that keeps my TBR under some semblance of control and keeping the blog schedule organized. This week I actually feel like myself!

If you want to participate in WWW, feel free! The more the merrier (and the bigger my TBR becomes). All you have to do is answer the Three W’s:

  • What did you recently finish?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • And, what do you think you’ll read next?

CURRENTLY READING

My Big Summer Book, War and Peace is now my Big Fall Book. I set this one aside this week to read the Cybils books. But, I will pick ip up again this week.

The Once and Future Witches is now missing completely. I think this book is cursed.

I am more than 20% through The Midnight Girls. Coming out of my last book I am struggling to get into this one but I know it will grab me soon. They are stealing hearts!

And my audiobook this week is for a book club. I am more than half way through Less and enjoying it tremendously.

WHAT DID I RECENTLY FINISH?

I finished four books this week. I finally wrapped up An Indigenous Peoples’ History of the United States. I haven’t review it yet. Honestly, just go ahead and read it. It was excellent. I plan to finish reading the rest of the Revisionist US History books. I just need to think on this a bit more.

I finished Book #5 of Keeper of the Lost Cities, Lodestar. It was such a fun book to read and my review is here.

I also finished my first Cybils nominee, So This is Ever After. I loved it! My full review is here.

Finally, my first book for Frighteningly Good Reads was The Envious Siblings by Landis Blair. It was such a fun spooky start to my Halloween reading. The full review is here.

The Cybils recommendations keep rolling in! If you have something to recommend, please do! I expect that there will be loads of YA and Frighteningly Good Reads in my stack this week.

Tell me, please! What’s on your WWW?
